What this is
Software for running a small business, creative work, or growth activity. It is provided as it is, and it does not come with a guarantee of uptime, of revenue, or of a particular outcome for your business.
Your records are yours
What you put in stays yours. You can export it at any time from your data page, and closing your account does not give us a claim over it.
What you are responsible for
Using it lawfully, keeping your account details accurate, having the right to the material you upload, and checking anything the product drafts for you before you send or publish it.
What waits for your approval
Sending messages to your customers, publishing content, spending money, changing security settings, and anything that cannot be undone. The product prepares these and stops. It does not do them because it decided to.
What is not finished
Products are labelled with where they stand, and anything marked coming soon, in review, or needing setup stays closed until it genuinely works. Being listed in the catalog is not a promise that it is ready.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. We can close an account that is being used for the things the acceptable use page rules out, and we will tell you why.

They will change as the product does. This page is the current version, and it is not legal advice.
