How SONARA may be used. Breaking these is the one reason we would close an account that is paying, and we would tell you which line and why.
Do not use it against people
No spam, no harvested or purchased contact lists, no capturing anyone's login details, no surveillance of people who have not agreed to it, and no impersonating a real person or business.
Consent for voices and likenesses
Voice and media tools need a consent record on file before they run, and the product enforces that rather than trusting the request. Copying a real person's voice or face without their permission is not a grey area here.
Rights to what you upload
Only upload material you own or are allowed to use. We cannot check that for you, and saying the product cleared it would be untrue.
Outbound actions
Messages to your customers, published content, and anything spending money wait for your approval. Configuring the product to bypass that is a use of it we do not support.
If we get it wrong
If an account is closed and you think the reason is mistaken, reply and a person will look at it.
